(Senior) Internal IT Auditor (m/f/x)

In this role you own audit engagements in IT and ISMS within a fast-growing FinTech. You will manage the full audit lifecycle from documentation to remediation tracking, collaborating with Operations, Product, and Engineering. You’ll contribute to the evolution of audit methodologies and gain deep knowledge of Scalable Capital’s critical operations. • Own audit engagements in IT and ISMS per the audit plan
• Manage end-to-end audit lifecycle: procedures, reports, remediation tracking
• Draft findings and communicate results to stakeholders across units
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering to strengthen controls
• Contribute to developing and optimizing internal audit methodologies
• Acquire and apply knowledge of fintech operations and regulatory requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline
• Experience in financial sector auditing (bank or reputable firm)
• Background in internal or external auditing in financial services
• Expertise in IT/ISMS audits and standards (ISO 27001, EBA, BSI, DORA)
• CISA or equivalent certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong handling of sensitive information and professional diplomacy
• Systematic, independent, pragmatic mindset; highly organized and fast learner
• Professional fluency in German and English
