Position Overview

The Senior IT Architect is responsible for the design, development, integration, and testing of complex, cross‑service IT solutions within a structured service design environment. The role includes architectural consulting, ensuring compliance with IT security standards, and supporting the implementation of scalable and automated business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and ensure consistency of IT architecture across enterprise collaboration platforms
• Develop solution concepts within existing IT infrastructure for service delivery and automation
• Optimize system management infrastructure (IAM, AD, backend systems, portals)
• Create and execute test scenarios and validation processes
• Analyze complex technical requirements and define implementation strategies
• Present architectural solutions to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with IT security and data protection requirements
• Coordinate implementation activities according to release plans
• Maintain and update service documentation and technical guidelines

Requirements

• Strong experience in IT architecture and enterprise infrastructure
• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange environments (large‑scale users)
• Knowledge of system integration and service management architecture
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira)
• Knowledge of TOGAF / Architectural frameworks (preferred)
• German (C1) and English (B1)
