(Senior) IT Consultant (m/f/d) Microsoft Cloud D365 (CRM)

In this role you help shape the digital customer experience by implementing and overseeing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across sales, marketing, customer service, and portals. You work with IT and business stakeholders to translate needs into D365 enhancements and integrations, while acting as a D365 administrator for ongoing optimization. You stay ahead of industry trends and drive adoption, metrics, and improvements within cross-functional teams. • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to refine requirements for D365-based customer channels
• Oversee development, implementation, and regression testing across D365 modules and cross-divisions
• Perform gap analyses and process mapping to define functional specifications for D365 enhancements
• Assume D365 administrator responsibilities focusing on configuration and lifecycle management
• Drive adoption of tools and monitor performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
• Identify and implement use cases for Heraeus companies in D365 contexts
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform solutions
• Coordinate with multiple IT teams to ensure integrated delivery across modules

• 5+ years of D365 experience (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service)
• Strong administration and configuration skills for D365 environments
• Knowledge of Power Platform stack (Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages)
• Experience in requirements gathering, gap analyses, and functional specifications
• Familiarity with data management and data integration concepts
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Background in consulting or solution-oriented roles is a plus
