(Senior) IT Governance Specialist (f/m/d)

As IT Governance Specialist, you will shape and strengthen the IT Governance Framework within the CIO/COO Division, ensuring alignment with industry standards. You will translate governance data into clear insights and provide holistic reporting to senior management, enabling IT excellence in a complex regulatory landscape. You will work with cross-functional teams to advance governance initiatives and support the Group CIO in steering IT governance discussions. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping governance practices in a high-stakes financial services environment.

• Develop and continuously improve the IT Governance Framework
• Lead design, development and implementation of CIO IT Governance Management Reporting (CIO Dashboard)
• Measure, analyze and maintain KPIs with appropriate tooling and ensure reporting quality
• Provide IT Governance expertise to the Group CIO and support governance council/committees
• Stakeholder management and presenting actionable results to IT management across projects

• Several years of relevant experience in IT Governance and/or IT Risk Management with a holistic view of IT landscape, processes and technology
• Experience in design and implementation of senior-management/CIO reporting and KPI measurement
• Familiarity with IT regulatory requirements in financial services (e.g., DORA, MaRisk)
• Knowledge of IT standards such as COBIT and ITIL; relevant certifications preferred
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; structured work method; problem-solving; project management is a plus
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English language
