Senior IT M&A Integration Manager (m/f/d)

You lead cross-brand IT integration programs to merge acquired or existing brands into a cohesive global IT ecosystem. You partner with local IT leaders and stakeholders to translate assessments into pragmatic roadmaps and drive standardized services while respecting local realities. You manage governance, budgets, risks, and steering committees, delivering incremental value across infrastructure, identity, access, security, and core business apps. You travel occasionally to align with group companies and feed lessons back into reference architectures. This role shapes the IT landscape during growth and transformation.

• Lead cross-brand IT integration projects spanning infrastructure, workplace, collaboration, IAM, security, and core apps
• Assess IT environments of acquired/standalone entities and convert findings into phased roadmaps
• Drive standardization of group-wide IT services while balancing local needs
• Collaborate with local IT leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners to align priorities and manage dependencies
• Establish and run project plans, budgets, risks, and steering committees within IT governance
• Capture lessons learned and update global reference architectures and playbooks
• Travel to group companies 20–30% as project needs require

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years IT project management experience in multi-stakeholder/integration-heavy environments
• Proven experience integrating IT landscapes of acquired or standalone companies
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT: infrastructure, networks, cloud, workplace, collaboration, IAM, security
• Experience with legacy systems and multi-entity environments
• Hands-on with hybrid PM methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, Jira)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cultures and hierarchy
• High ownership, pragmatism, and ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
