Senior Lead Wholesale Negotiations & MVNO Partnerships (m/f/d)

You will play a key role in shaping the direction of our European mobile communications model, negotiate strategic wholesale deals with leading network operators, and make a central contribution to the long-term P&L success of our telco partnerships.

...specifically, this means:

• Independently leading and managing strategic MNO wholesale negotiations (including data, voice, roaming, 5G) from indicative term sheets to complex European-level Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Commercially structuring and optimizing capacity services commercial models, as well as consistently realizing cost-avoidance and margin-optimization potentials to ensure profitable P&L development
• Designing and operationally embedding SLA frameworks, claim management processes, and sustainable governance in collaboration with MNOs and MVNE partners
• Managing interfaces between commercial negotiations and cross-functional technical delivery to ensure the seamless operational implementation of all contractual terms
• Establishing and expanding long-term, reliable partner networks with European mobile network operators as peers

Profile

• Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commercial Law, Telecommunications, or a comparable qualification
• Sound negotiation experience in the telco and wholesale environment (MNO, MVNO, MVNE), including deep knowledge of capacity services, interconnect, and roaming agreements
• Proven excellence in commercial structuring as well as the commercial and contractual execution of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and SLA frameworks
• Confident demeanor on equal footing with major corporations, combined with assertiveness and strong negotiation skills
• Passion for shaping new models within a strategic realigning framework, alongside the ability to collaborate successfully across departments and countries
• Existing networks within European MNO wholesale teams are an advantage
• Willingness to travel for negotiations across Europe
• Full professional proficiency in German and English
