Senior Legal Counsel – Corporate Counsel, SaaS & M&A

Responsibilities

• As Senior Legal Counsel / Corporate Counsel (m/f/d), you will be at the heart of our internal operations.
• You will be the legal engine supporting our clients as if we were their in-house legal department, while offering the flexibility and specialization of an external service provider.
• You will operate on two levels: for our clients and within our company.
• You will help develop and maintain our internal legal workflows, standard agreements, knowledge bases and templates.
• You will be actively involved in shaping our service architecture, including how we onboard, manage and scale engagements.

Requirements

• First state law exam (Erstes juristisches Staatsexamen) or equivalent qualification (e.g., Master in Business Law) with above-average grades
• At least 3–6 years of professional experience, ideally in a legal department or in-house environment
• Experience in contract law, data protection, and compliance; experience in employment law and corporate law is a plus
• Interest in process optimization, tools and automation
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and strong communication skills
• German (C2) and fluent English
