A leading iGaming company on Malta is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel with expertise in Employment and Privacy Law. The role involves advising on employment and privacy matters, drafting and reviewing related documentation, conducting legal research, and liaising with external counsel and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on employment and privacy matters across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, privacy policies, and related documents.
• Conducting legal research and providing strategic guidance.
• Coordinating and liaising with external counsel and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong experience in Employment and Privacy Law.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Multi‑jurisdictional experience is an advantage.
