Senior Loan Sales Consultant

• Convert warm leads into loan sales and close applications within 1-2 calls
• Manage up to 20 active transactions at various stages
• Identify customer pain points and explain how personal loan products provide solutions
• Consistently exceed daily and weekly sales targets
• Help customers improve their financial situation through digital personal finance solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience
• Outbound call center experience preferred
• Proven track record of succeeding in commission-heavy roles
• Ability to navigate Salesforce or similar CRMs while maintaining a high-energy conversation
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
• Ability to come into the Tempe, Arizona office for training
• Work remotely in Texas or Florida
