Senior Logistics Specialist, Data Center Communities

In this role, you will manage datacenter parts lifecycle, ensuring stock availability for build and repair activities. You will collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Engineering to optimize parts flow, track movements and aging, and drive cost efficiency. You will maintain dashboards, generate reports, and contribute to process improvements for high availability. • Support Receiving, Warehousing, and Distribution operations for parts and consumables.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, safety, and shipping requirements.
• Safeguard warehouse operations with safety and security protocols.
• Control inventory levels through physical counts and reconciliation.
• Maintain storage area conditions and design layouts; issue repair/replacement requests.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements for high availability and low cost; maintain metrics dashboards.
• Handle daily scheduling of deliveries/pickups and verify incoming shipments.
• Keep precise records of commodities entering and leaving the facility.
• Support security and tracking of parts within storage areas and to end users.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to diagnose issues and propose solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date metrics dashboards and generate management reports.

• Fluent English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Experience in goods receiving, inventory cycle counts, auditing, and stock control.
