Logistics Operations Specialist – Distribution Center Europe (f/m/div)

As Logistics Operations Specialist for Distribution Center Europe, you enable reliable outbound logistics and efficient warehouse interactions, shaping a responsive supply chain. You will coordinate with warehouse and transport providers and Infineon stakeholders to keep shipments on track and support continuous improvement. Your work underpins timely deliveries, emergency shipping handling, and data-driven processes that drive decarbonization and digitalization. This role combines operations focus with AI-enabled optimization to scale logistics performance.

• Interface between warehouse providers, transport partners, and Infineon stakeholders worldwide
• Prioritize, cancel, delete, and hold shipments and ensure execution by the warehouse provider
• Ensure timely outbound processing of delivery notes and priority goods receipts with the warehouse provider
• Handle and monitor emergency shipments and arrange special transportation
• Support projects within the area of responsibility
• Report activities related to defined responsibilities
• Manage various project and analytical tasks including AI development related to assigned responsibilities

• Several years of professional experience in freight forwarding and logistics in manufacturing or service organizations
• Experience working with freight forwarders and transportation companies
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
• Results-oriented team player with self-management skills
• Quick learner with high commitment to quality
• Basic to advanced AI skills including prompt engineering and/or coding (Python, SQL, VBA) for automation and analytics
