Laboratory Operations and Logistics Specialist (f/m/div)

In this role you will streamline lab sample flows, inventory, and shipments to ensure reliable operations. You’ll coordinate daily lab activities, uphold quality and safety, and support on-time results with a cross-functional team. Expect to implement standardized handling and traceability, and keep stakeholders informed on status and risks. This position offers hands-on work in a high-tech lab environment with meaningful impact on product readiness and optimization.

• Coordinate end-to-end sample workflows, schedule testing, and align priorities with lab teams
• Organize international shipments, prepare export/import documents, and liaise with carriers and customs
• Maintain accurate inventory, track devices and boards, and reconcile records
• Implement and uphold standardized practices for sample handling, storage, and traceability
• Monitor equipment status, track calibration due dates, and escalate issues to responsible owners
• Record activities, produce operational reports, and communicate status, risks, and actions to stakeholders
• Support quality, safety, and audit readiness by following internal requirements and closing findings

• Completed vocational training (3+ years) in Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, Telecommunications, Information & Systems Technology, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in laboratory or technical environments (5+ years) with hands-on sample handling and workflows
• Solid knowledge of logistics and international shipment processes and documentation
• Experience with inventory control and traceability tools
• Working understanding of quality standards with ability to support audits and improvements
• Strong organizational and coordination skills; clear communication; structured, reliable working style
• Proficiency in English and German
