Senior Management & Technology Consultant - CPG/Retail

As a Senior Value Engineer, you guide customers through data-driven transformation using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You translate strategic goals into concrete value through use cases, demos, and value assessments, working with senior stakeholders to secure lasting partnerships. You collaborate with sales, services, and partners to drive measurable impact across processes and industries. German fluency enables you to lead workshops and present to executives. This role blends process expertise with advisory excellence to scale value realization.

• Identify and frame value by translating strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Build demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks to win customers
• Conduct value assessments or proof-of-value projects and communicate roadmaps to C-levels
• Facilitate value workshops and qualify opportunities for process improvement
• Derive improvement actions across core functions and lead enterprise-wide change initiatives
• Present achieved value to senior management and executives
• Own the end-to-end value journey: landing, expanding, adopting and renewing
• Create strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide feedback to product teams to enhance the Celonis platform and apps

• Customer-facing experience in solution consulting, sales engineering or IT/management consulting with a SaaS or software provider
• Knowledge of Business Software / SaaS (e.g., SAP); experience with RPA/BI tools; dashboard/app development; familiarity with Python and/or SQL
• Experience in identifying use cases for process improvement and deploying change initiatives
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects along value journeys
• Executive stakeholder management and strong communication/presentation skills
• Domain expertise in Finance and/or Supply Chain and understanding of transformation programs
• Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals
• Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or comparable
• Native-level or near-native German (written and spoken) for workshops and executive interactions
