Senior Management & Technology Consultant - Manufacturing/Production

You drive data-driven transformation for customers by turning strategic objectives into measurable value using Celonis Process Intelligence. As a trusted advisor, you own the end-to-end value journey—from landing to renewing—working with sales, services, and partners to deliver value with executive stakeholders. You’ll build business cases, run value workshops, and shape adoption across industries, emphasizing impactful outcomes for senior leaders. This role combines process expertise with consulting acumen in a fast-growing SaaS environment, with a strong focus on manufacturing and production domains.

• Identify and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Create demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks to win new customers
• Lead Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value projects and present strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives
• Facilitate value workshops to identify opportunities for process enhancement
• Derive improvement measures and drive enterprise-wide change initiatives
• Present realized value results to senior management and executives
• Own the end-to-end customer value journey: landing, expanding, adoption and renewal
• Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide product feedback to enhance Celonis platform and apps based on new use cases

• Experience in analytical or value-realization roles in customer-facing environments (solution consulting, sales engineering, IT/management consulting, or similar)
• Knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP) and experience with implementing RPA, BI tools, dashboards, apps, and action flows
• Familiarity with Python and/or SQL
• Experience collaborating with IT teams
• Change agent experience in process improvement and user training
• Project management experience across multiple accounts and value journeys
• Executive stakeholder management and effective communication/presentation skills
• Business domain knowledge in Finance and/or Supply Chain and understanding of transformation initiatives
• Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals
• Degree fields listed in the description (or equivalent)
