Senior Manager, Commercial Insights & Analytics

Lead analytics solution programs end-to-end, from planning through delivery
Liaise between IT, digital, commercial teams, and external vendors
Ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope
Coordinate tasks across internal and external teams and manage vendors
Coordinate technical delivery across related digital initiatives
Consolidate stakeholder feedback and recommendations
Support change management and adoption activities
Establish governance for commercial data management
Translate complex data into actionable insights
Create and maintain state-of-the-art dashboards
Ensure consistent reporting standards and ways of working
Lead integration of commercial systems and platforms, including SAP, Salesforce, Veeva, and Qlik, with Power BI reporting and analytics solutions
Balance business outcomes with integration requirements
Lead enhancements to analytics and insights-generation capabilities in coordination with other workstreams
Balance system stability with evolving business needs
Lead development and enablement of AI-powered features and capabilities in line with company policies and governance guidelines

Requirements

At least 10 years of relevant professional experience
At least 5 years of relevant experience in data science, data modelling, business analysis, digital transformation, or commercial excellence roles
Pharma, MedTech, Life Sciences, or similar experience is a plus
Strong expertise in analytics platforms, data visualization tools, and data management concepts
Experience with AI-based solutions and analytics capabilities is required
Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments
University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is desired
Deep expertise in data, visualization, and insight generation
Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or related business platforms is preferred
Understanding of external pharmaceutical market data sources and characteristics, such as IQVIA
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Team-oriented, proactive, structured, and flexible working style
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through
PMI, data science, technology, or equivalent certifications are a plus
Fluent English; additional language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally
