Senior Manager, Corporate Tax / Real Estate Taxes

Responsibilities

• Be part of comprehensive real estate and project developments
• Be involved in the property lifecycle at all stages
• Advise real estate companies and investment/holding entities
• Develop tax structures for asset and share deals
• Draft and assess purchase and lease agreements from a tax perspective
• Incorporate results into tax balance sheets and tax returns
• Support tax audits

Requirements

• Degree in law, economics/business administration, or real estate management
• Successfully completed the tax advisor examination (Steuerberaterexamen)
• Quickly identify complex issues
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Team player, communicative and committed
• Very good German and ideally English language skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
