Senior Asset Manager - Real Estate / Logistics

On behalf of our client, a leading international real estate investment platform, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager (m/f/d) Real Estate – Logistics to join the team in Berlin. The company has a strong track record in acquiring and managing logistics assets across Europe, with a particular focus on value creation through active asset management strategies.

About the Role

As Senior Asset Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of logistics assets in Germany, driving value-add initiatives and ensuring sustainable performance. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, develop and execute business plans, and actively manage leasing, refurbishment, and repositioning strategies.

Responsibilities

Active asset management of a logistics property portfolio in Germany
Development and implementation of business plans to optimize asset performance and returns.
Management of tenant relationships, lease negotiations, and contract renewals.
Oversight of refurbishment and repositioning projects in close cooperation with technical and project management teams.
Financial monitoring, budgeting, and reporting to internal management and investors.
Market monitoring and identification of growth and disposal opportunities.
Support in acquisitions and due diligence processes.

Qualifications

University degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5–8 years of professional experience in asset management, ideally within logistics or industrial real estate.
Proven expertise in executing value-add strategies and managing complex projects.
Strong financial and analytical skills with sound understanding of cash flow management and reporting.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.
Fluent in English and German.
