Overview

In this role you lead a cross-functional team to accelerate digitalization and AI initiatives that unlock business value. You shape the local digital and AI strategy, drive high-impact use cases, and oversee end-to-end delivery with governance. You partner with site leadership and external partners to scale solutions that improve productivity and decision-making. This position offers a chance to lead transformation at scale in a global semiconductor context.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead a team of up to 5 experts in Digitalization, Analytics, and AI with a focus on execution and measurable value
Define the local digitalization and AI roadmap, prioritizing use cases from ideation to scaling
Act as the go-to contact for digitalization demand, translating business needs into scalable AI/software solutions
Deliver and scale cross-site solutions with KPI-driven governance and efficient processes
Serve as trusted advisor to site management and cross-site teams, driving collaboration
Lead resource, project, and budget planning with urgency and solution-oriented mindset
Drive cultural transformation toward data-driven decision-making and represent the team in strategic initiatives

Zentrale Anforderungen

Proven leadership in semiconductor manufacturing with digital transformation / AI experience
Strong ability to blend team leadership, project management, product ownership, and scrum mastery with digitalization expertise
Track record delivering enterprise AI solutions with end-to-end lifecycle ownership
Deep knowledge of software/data/AI ecosystems, scalable architectures, and DevOps/MLOps/LLMOps; GenAI experience is a plus
Experience in agile delivery, stakeholder management, and senior management communication
Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, and Copilot
Fluent in English and German
