Department Description

As part of the new business process, Fidelity completes detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). Candidates in this role will create high‑quality, tailored responses that communicate our competitive advantages and product features. They will work closely with EMEA sales teams, product specialists and other experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and Consultant requests for the EMEA business channels.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Global RFP team, EMEA sales, product specialists and other experts.
• Develop deep knowledge of key products and mandates.
• Organise workload to meet internal and client deadlines.
• Liaise with investment product and sales teams to determine requirements, allocate responsibilities and project‑manage the RFP completion process.
• Craft high‑quality documents using the RFP database, new responses from product specialists and subject experts, tailoring all parts to the proposal requirements.
• Work within compliance guidelines to ensure regulatory and GIPS compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of RFP experience in an asset‑management company.
• Understanding of open and closed‑end funds and strategies.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and project‑management under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.
