About The Role

At IHG Hotels & Resorts, we're looking for a Senior Manager, Engineering & Brand Safety to support hotel projects across Europe, including the integration of the Penta portfolio. This role is responsible for ensuring hotels meet IHG engineering, technical and brand safety standards from design through to opening.

Your day to day

• Lead engineering and brand safety reviews across the hotel lifecycle.
• Assess designs, technical submissions and construction progress against IHG standards.
• Drive the resolution of engineering and safety-related issues.
• Partner with owners, operators, consultants and project teams across Europe.
• Support hotel openings by ensuring compliance, safety and operational readiness.

What We Need From You

• Degree-qualified Engineer.
• Strong experience in building services engineering within hotels or large commercial developments.
• Knowledge of fire safety engineering and life safety systems.
• Experience reviewing technical designs and managing complex projects.
• Fluent English; German or another European language is an advantage.
