Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Lead a team within a high-performing organization.
Collaborate with business and finance leaders to help drive profitable growth across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
Prepare and review complex financial systems and processes.
Provide comprehensive and in-depth analysis to drive improvement and streamlining.
Evaluate all elements of the forecasting process supporting the business.
Lead a finance professional and work cross-functionally to align data and action with Veristat’s growth.
Establish a collaborative copilot/advisor relationship with business and finance leadership.
Support and coordinate the financial management reporting process.
Drive applicable transformation and accelerate margin improvement.
Translate efficiency, growth, and profitability drivers into operational actions.
Guide business partners and collaborate to attain operational KPIs.
Correlate operational outcomes into financial impact.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent required.
7 years of progressive finance experience with strong analytical, leadership and partnering track record required.
Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and current financial and accounting computer applications required.
Ability to listen, interpret, influence, challenge, build relationships, collaborate, resolve conflict, facilitate discussions, and negotiate in a matrix structure.
Ability to influence, motivate others and lead change across cultures.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, leverage expertise, and serve as a consultant and business partner.
Entrepreneurial demeanor with demonstrated ability to partner with leadership in driving top line opportunities.
Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, written, and interpersonal skills.
