(Senior) Manager Group Accounting (m/f/d)

As a Group Accountant in the Group Finance function, you will drive the operational execution of accounting and consolidation under IFRS, ensuring timely, complete financial data and supporting the close process. You will coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation and own complex accounting calculations. You’ll maintain data integrity across entities and push process efficiency through documentation and automation. This role suits a detail‑oriented, cross‑border finance professional who helps scale our financial operations in a fast‑moving, international company.

• Operational execution of Group accounting and consolidation under IFRS
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual group consolidation
• Own complex accounting calculations (impairment/valuation models, purchase price allocations, lease accounting, deferred taxes)
• Ensure data integrity, intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries across group entities
• Drive process efficiency, documentation and automation
• Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure consistent application of group accounting requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• 7–10+ years of experience in Group Accounting or Big4 group audit
• Strong hands-on consolidation expertise and solid IFRS knowledge
• Experience with consolidation systems (e.g. OneStream) and ERP environments
• Highly structured working style, strong attention to detail and operational ownership mindset
• Fluent in German and English
