You will coordinate with Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Group Controlling to prepare high-profile presentations and steer initiatives from ideation to execution. • Lead strategic direction and development for Hugo Boss
• Act as strategic partner to senior management and prepare high-profile presentations for the Supervisory Board and investors
• Coordinate across Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Group Controlling
• Monitor market and industry trends and translate insights into actionable measures
• Provide fact-based decision support through rigorous analysis of strategic topics
• Manage strategic initiatives end-to-end from ideation to execution
• Contribute to team development as a sparring partner

• Master's degree, MBA, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in corporate strategy or strategy consultancy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with assertiveness
• Detail-oriented, pragmatic, proactive, and quality-driven
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Excellent German and English communication
