Senior Manager – Guarantees

We are partnering with a leading international investment group specialising in the acquisition, transformation and development of medium-sized businesses across Europe to appoint a Senior Manager – Guarantees.

This is a unique opportunity to join a highly acquisitive, fast-paced organisation operating across multiple industries and international markets. Sitting within the Group Finance function, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing guarantee-related activities across a diverse portfolio of businesses, supporting acquisitions, financing activities and post-merger integrations.

Working closely with Treasury, Corporate Finance, M&A, Legal teams and external banking partners, you will be responsible for overseeing guarantee structures, monitoring financial exposure and ensuring effective risk management and governance across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Group's guarantee portfolio across multiple international entities.
• Support acquisitions and integrations by assessing guarantee requirements and coordinating guarantee-related workstreams.
• Partner with banking institutions to establish and optimise guarantee facilities.
• Monitor guarantee utilisation, exposure and associated financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks and banking requirements.
• Drive process improvements, reporting and standardisation across international operations.

Candidate Profile

• Experience within Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance, Trade Finance or a related financial discipline.
• Exposure to M&A transactions, acquisitions or post-merger integration activities.
• Strong understanding of guarantees, banking facilities and financial risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate in an international environment.
