(Senior) Manager, International Markets

About the role

Manager, International Markets (Senior) – the International Markets team will shape Delivery Hero’s global strategy, working closely with regional and central leadership to deliver value, drive profitability, and unlock growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive Delivery Hero strategy and cascade it to 70+ markets, ensuring local insights are incorporated.
• Support P&L and portfolio management actions at both global and regional levels, aligning strategy with financial performance.
• Prioritize and execute value‑creation and performance improvement initiatives, providing a consultative yet hands‑on approach.
• Serve as the key point of contact between headquarters and regional/local management entities.

In this role, you will

• Work alongside C‑level and extended global management at corporate HQ in Berlin to define strategy and oversee execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across seniority levels at the corporate HQ, regional team, and local markets to improve operational and financial performance.
• Own sourcing and distribution of best practices across 70+ countries and drive their implementation.
• Translate data into meaningful insights, package and present recommendations on critical topics to key decision‑makers.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, and/or a business development/strategy function in a fast‑paced tech company; minimum 2 years at a top‑tier global management consulting firm.
• High proficiency in modelling complex business and financial scenarios, leveraging data and situational judgment to inform recommendations and decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with a clear track record of influencing C‑level executives.
• Ability to build collaborative and trusting relationships with stakeholders across all seniority levels in culturally diverse environments.
• Strong ownership mentality and readiness to be hands‑on and get things done.

Nice to have

• International work experience.
• Technical skills, especially in SQL.
