Senior Manager - Product Management (m/f/d) - Data Connectivity

Overview

In this role you drive the global Data Connectivity Coaxial product portfolio for automotive, shaping strategy and execution to grow revenue and margin. You collaborate with regional PM teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align portfolio strategy, enable large projects, and improve manufacturing and product management practices. You will own go-to-market coordination and roadmap development in a technically complex market, with travel up to 30%. This role combines strategic portfolio leadership with hands-on delivery to accelerate growth and profitability.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Strategic portfolio management for the global coaxial product line across regions
Align regional organizations around a unified coaxial portfolio strategy
Support regional project execution on cross-regional and large strategic initiatives
Drive year-over-year margin improvements through operations and manufacturing optimization
Coordinate go-to-market strategies across regions and functions
Gaining market share by differentiating in target automotive applications
Build and maintain product roadmaps in complex technical environments
Assess new technologies and ensure long-term pipeline growth and sales enablement
Foster best-practice sharing and continuous improvement across regions and functions

Zentrale Anforderungen

10+ years experience with at least 5 years in Product Management in the automotive/connectors or data connectivity domain
at least 4 years technical or business degree; advanced degree preferred
strong leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills across multi-functional teams
proven commercial and leadership track record with regional/global market share gains
financial acumen to evaluate projects and programs and manage change
ability to work under pressure in a global, fast-paced environment
fluency in English; additional languages beneficial
