Senior Manager Strategy for a German MedTech leader, based in Munich, Germany (AB 603)

The company:

Our client is the multi-billion-dollar MedTech division of a German MNC.

The division focuses on Ophthalmology. From a strong base in products, they are now innovating services and building an ecosystem. The goal is to provide an end-to-end service to their customers, not just sell products.

Many of the executives are former consultants, including the hiring manager.

You will report to an ex-Consultant.

Requirements (subject to revision, most up-to-date version on our website):

• 4-5 years’ experience in a top-tier management consulting firm is a MUST. Sorry, no IT-Consultants or Auditors please. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Associate role in the same team. Alternatively, you have deep experience in corporate strategy working for a MedTech company.
  
• Big 4 candidates are welcome if they are from the consulting side (e.g., Monitor Deloitte or EY-Parthenon).

• Functional experience: strategy, digitization, go-to-market, new business models, etc .
• Experience in MedTech is a MUST.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on mentality and ‘getting things done’ attitude.
• Fluent English is a MUST.

• Fluency in German is NOT a must, but you must be willing to learn German.
• Location is in Munich, Germany. This is NOT a remote job. You need to be in the office at least 4 days per week. This is non-negotiable. Please do some research on living in Germany before applying.
