(Senior) Manager Transaction Services / FDD(d/f/m)

As (Senior) Manager in Transaction Services / FDD , you take on project leadership for both buy-side and sell-side transactions. You are responsible for managing and executing financial due diligence projects, analyzing a company’s financial performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and deriving robust, actionable recommendations. Your goal: to create transparency and thereby establish a solid foundation for well-informed decisions and successful transactions.

Your Profile

• A degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, complemented by successfully passing the tax advisor exam
• Several years of experience in Financial Due Diligences, Transaction Services
• Experience in project management and client relationship management
• Very good MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness and talent for entrepreneurial thinking, unconventional approaches, and strong execution skills
