Senior Account Manager – B2B, BC365, Megabau ERP Construction Software

• Own the entire sales process for the Megabau solution through to closing
• Build relationships, acquire new customers, analyze needs, provide consultation, and negotiate proposals and contracts
• Manage and develop new and existing customers over the long term
• Build strong, trusted personal relationships with customers
• Develop and independently implement sales concepts and growth initiatives
• Plan and execute regional sales activities and participate in events and trade fairs
• Work closely with Inside Sales, Consulting, Marketing, and Support
• Contribute market feedback, customer requirements, and growth opportunities to the sales strategy for the SME segment
• Support mid-sized construction companies in digitizing their business processes

Requirements

• Several years of experience in direct sales, ideally involving process-oriented software solutions (ERP sales, SaaS models, etc.)
• Industry knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes, ideally gained in a commercial or sales role
• Experience in roles such as field sales, technical sales, ERP consulting, project management, or key account management
• Strong interest in digitalization and digital working methods and processes
• Ability to communicate benefits, value, and ROI clearly, convincingly, and in an easy-to-understand manner
• Proactive, creative, dependable approach and a strong drive to shape and improve processes
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and travel to customers approximately 50% of the time
• Very good German language skills (at least C1 level)
• At least good English language skills at B2 level
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage
