Responsibilities

• Regulatory monitoring within the MaRisk compliance function
• Conduct control and monitoring measures
• Create and update internal policies and work instructions
• Support new products, processes and projects from a compliance perspective
• Act as point of contact for departments on regulatory questions

Qualifications

• Completed degree in business law, economics, civil law or comparable qualification
• At least three years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management or within the audit environment of a regulated financial institution
• Excellent knowledge of MaRisk and related regulatory requirements (e.g., KWG, EBA guidelines)
• Strong analytical thinking and structured working style
• High communication ability and decisiveness
• Self‑sufficiency and readiness to perform
• Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form
