Flowers is one of Germany’s fastest-growing B2B SaaS tech startups. As a Workflow Automation Platform orchestrating Deterministic Processes, Agents, and Humans for the German Mittelstand, we are redefining how companies manage their operational workflows.

We are looking for a Growth Hacker (f/d/m) to lead and scale our core Marketing engine. We are not looking for a traditional marketer who relies on manual execution and standard campaign templates. We need a high-leverage marketing builder and system architect who combines sharp positioning, brand messaging, and demand generation with modern AI engineering. Your mission is to build and own the automated, AI-agent-powered lead generation machine that establishes Flowers as the market leader and drives high-intent B2B pipeline. If you thrive in your code editor as much as in refining value propositions, this is your play.

YOUR MISSION

• Drive Automated Lead Generation: Architect, deploy, and own end-to-end AI-agent workflows and automated pipelines to continuously generate highly qualified B2B leads and drive top-of-funnel growth.
• Sharpen Positioning & Brand Messaging: Establish Flowers’ market position and brand awareness through compelling messaging, programmatic personalization, and automated content/outbound engines.
• Scale Multi-Channel Acquisition: Design, run, and optimize targeted growth experiments across paid, organic, and unconventional marketing channels to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Orchestrate the Marketing AI Stack: Integrate, configure, and refine AI tools, custom APIs, and marketing automation systems (e.g., HubSpot) to automate repetitive marketing operations.
• Bridge Marketing & Sales Handoffs: Collaborate closely with the Sales team to optimize lead qualification, enrichment, and MQL-to-SQL workflows to ensure maximum conversion.
• Measure & Optimize Performance: Build tracking frameworks and SQL-backed dashboards to rigorously analyze marketing CAC, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven B2B SaaS Marketing Track Record: 3+ years of hands-on experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech scale-ups, with a strong history of scaling lead generation and driving pipeline growth.
• AI & Agentic Workflow Expertise: Practical experience configuring and orchestrating AI agents, custom scripts, and low-code/no-code automation tools specifically for marketing and acquisition use cases.
• Technical & Builder Mindset: Comfortable in a code editor (e.g., VS Code), writing functional scripts, working with APIs, and setting up technical marketing infrastructures.
• Core Marketing Fluency: Deep understanding of modern demand generation, positioning, performance marketing, content strategy, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Data & Experimentation Driven: Strong analytical capabilities (SQL, Web Analytics) with a disciplined approach to structured hypothesis testing and growth experiments.
• Strategic & Action-Oriented: High execution power with fluent German skills (English is a strong plus) to translate complex automated workflows into clear market messaging.
