Senior Master Data Management Lead (m/f/d)

As Senior Master Data Management Lead, you shape Redcare’s MDM operating model and data quality framework across vendor, customer, and product domains. You will drive cross-functional MDM initiatives from design to adoption, aligning with governance and compliance standards. You’ll design a trusted golden record layer and establish measurable DQ metrics to enable data-driven decisions. • Shape the MDM operating model to connect data domains via scalable governance
• Lead end-to-end MDM initiatives, defining success criteria for data quality and compliance
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders
• Design the governed golden record layer with automated workflows and human-in-the-loop validation
• Establish recurring data quality management with profiling, benchmarking, issue management, dashboards and KPIs

• Senior hands-on experience building MDM operating models in complex environments
• Implemented or configured MDM platforms (CluedIn, Profisee, Informatica MDM)
• Understanding of data models, data quality rules, automation workflows, and stewardship queues
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, resolve ownership conflicts, and maintain GDPR and access controls
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft data ecosystem (Azure Databricks, Purview, Fabric, Entra) is a strong plus
• Experience with procurement, finance, and customer data is appreciated
