Senior Mechanical Structural Development Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead full mechanical structure R&D for fully automatic coffee machines, manage the complete product development process, and solve technical and structural issues from prototyping, testing to mass production.
• Conduct new technology research and technical reserve for coffee machines to support new product iteration and performance upgrading.
• Independently drive new product development, prepare development plans, BOM, product specifications and all related technical documents.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, embrace new technology innovation, and collaborate well within a team environment.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years household appliance mechanical structure development experience; candidates with fully automatic coffee machine design and mass production experience are preferred .
• Strong learning, innovation, problem-solving, communication, project planning and time management skills.
• Familiar with plastic and hardware mold design and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in Creo and office software for mechanical design and document preparation.
• Familiar with product development procedures and manufacturing processes with innovative design thinking.
