Senior Media Buyer

Remobile is looking for a data‑driven and creative Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team. In this role, you will own paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms — from strategy and setup to optimisation and reporting. You will work closely with creative, analytics, and client teams to drive measurable results and maximise return on ad spend.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves testing, and is obsessed with performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Define and implement audience targeting strategies including custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, and in‑market segments
  • Own campaign structure, ad set architecture, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to hit ROAS, CPA, and CPL targets
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance daily; identify trends, opportunities, and anomalies and act swiftly
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and clear recommendations
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief, iterate, and test ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives
  • Manage monthly ad spends ranging from $5,000 to $500,000+ with full accountability for results
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
  • Coordinate with the analytics team on pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution modelling

Must‑Have Requirements

  • 2–5 years of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Proven track record of delivering results against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rate
  • Deep understanding of Meta campaign objectives, ad formats, pixel events, and Advantage+ features
  • Solid experience with Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 and Meta Ads reporting tools
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion rate optimisation principles
  • Excellent written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder updates

Nice‑to‑Have Requirements

  • Meta Blueprint Certification or Google Ads Certification
  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat, or LinkedIn Ads
  • Familiarity with third‑party tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Supermetrics
  • Basic understanding of SEO and organic social to inform paid strategy
  • Experience working in an agency environment managing multiple client accounts
