Senior Media Buyer (Spain): Managing and optimizing large-scale budgets for Facebook and other paid social channels with an accent on achieving defined ROI and developing new strategies based on market research. Focus on leading a team of media buyers and creatives, testing new channels, and taking responsibility for project success.

Location: Remote position with the option to work from our office in Barcelona, Spain . Candidates must be able to work from Spain .

Salary: €4,500–€6,000/month (Gross)

What you will do

• Manage and optimize large-scale budgets for Facebook to achieve defined ROI.
• Lead a team of media buyers, performance creatives, and designers.
• Conduct market and customer research to develop new testing and scaling strategies.
• Test and manage other paid social channels like TikTok, Twitter, Native Ads, and Pinterest.
• Play an important role in project success and take responsibility for decisions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Meta media buying.
• Skilled in strategizing, planning, and goal achievement.
• Familiarity with third-party analytics tools (e.g., Northbeam).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Ability to prioritize workflow effectively.
• Strong English skills .

Nice to have

• Experience in digital eCommerce.
• Copywriting skills to create short and compelling ad copy.
