(Senior) Merchandising Manager (m/f/d)

Position: 18 months, starting July 1st.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement campaigns and promotions to generate online sales and expand additional channels like Gift Cards and Retail Media to achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate collaboration with other channels, specialist departments (e.g., Legal, Accounting, CRM, Data & BI), and external partners to maximize PC3.
• Ensure the accuracy of reporting across all data sources and take responsibility for precise billing.
• Make data‑driven decisions, identify priorities, and develop new strategies based on business cases.
• Onboard new sellers to the Ads Platform, create campaign plans, and drive process automation as well as further portfolio development.
• Conduct A/B tests for new strategies and features to continuously optimize the Ads Platform.

Your Profile

• Deep technical understanding and confidence in using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Ads Platforms.
• Experience creating reports in Tableau and skilled in data analysis and processing.
• Strong "ownership" mentality, persistence, and high innovation drive.
• Confident communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Structured work style and diligent documentation of processes and decisions in Confluence.
• Fluency in English is required; German skills are a must.
