Responsibilities

• Own the numerical aspects of merchandising, contributing to the fulfillment of the Business Strategy in collaboration with Sales, Finance and Demand Planning.
• Act as the spokesperson for merchandising on planning topics, analyzing and explaining product performance through historical trends and future forecasts.
• Propose targets for novelty planning by category, region and channel for the showroom buying periods, working closely with HQ and regional merchandisers to achieve sales opportunities while minimizing stock risk.
• Continuously review merchandising processes and tools to meet changing business needs.
• Support the Merchandising Director with analysis for meetings, projects and KPI setting.
• Provide HQ merchandisers with 360° views of the business and the role of each category.
• Manage, train and develop direct reports.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, STEM, or a comparable qualification.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in quantitative analysis, with a proven ability to work with large numbers and data accurately.
• Detailed‑oriented, structured, superb attention to detail, organized and process‑oriented.
• Effective communicator capable of working with cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English; German an advantage.
• Good understanding of the luxury industry is a plus.
