Location: Prefer candidates in Cleveland, Ohio, but willing to consider candidates in Columbus, Ohio and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Territory coverage includes geography in the following states: Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
IDEAYA is seeking Senior Oncology Account Managers (OAM) to join our Commercial team. The Senior Oncology Account Manager (OAM) serves as a strategic territory leader within a designated geographic region with responsibility for leading the launch and adoption of darovasertib within their assigned geography. The individual will act as a key conduit of clinical, scientific, and market intelligence related to darovasertib in uveal melanoma. This role blends advanced scientific acumen with sophisticated account leadership to drive appropriate awareness and adoption within complex academic, community, and referral-based ecosystems. The Senior OAM operates with a high degree of autonomy, managing the most strategically important accounts and serving as a trusted partner to multidisciplinary healthcare stakeholders across the treatment landscape. Through disciplined planning and enterprise collaboration, the Senior OAM builds durable relationships, activates referral pathways, and contributes meaningfully to regional and national commercial strategy. They will effectively balance outstanding execution in targeted, high-volume accounts with the need to ensure every patient can be considered for a new therapeutic option. The Senior OAM consistently adheres to internal policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining deep expertise in disease state management, evolving clinical data, the product package insert, and access considerations.
The Senior Oncology Account Manager reports to the Regional Business Director. This is a field-based role.

The expected salary range for the roleof Senior Oncology Account Manager is $187,000 - $231,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the office location where this open position is located, the final candidates’ experience within their profession, experience in the disease areas we are striving to make an impact in as a company, length of time within the industry, educational background, and performance during the interview process.
