Responsibilities

• Own and scale the Paid Search channel end-to-end
• Restructure, rebuild, and optimize accounts to reflect best practices

• Lead the charge on account health

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience with a proven track record of scaling accounts and budgets
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Shopping, and SEM best practices
• Analytical firepower: Fluent in data, comfortable with attribution models, and obsessed with performance metrics
• Creative mindset for building and testing ad copy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• A proactive problem-solver
• Fluency in English and German
