The Senior Partner Business Consultant leads strategic engagement and execution with Autodesk’s largest and most complex Platinum‑tier partners. This role operates with significant autonomy and is accountable for shaping partner strategy, influencing investment decisions, and driving cross‑functional alignment to deliver scalable, high‑impact outcomes. The Senior Partner Business Consultant engages senior partner leaders as a trusted advisor and represents Autodesk’s strategic priorities across regions, solutions, and partner organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner Strategy & Business Planning: Own strategic business planning for top‑tier Platinum partners with a strong ability to influence partner investment and execution models
• Performance Management & Insights: Translate complex data into executive‑level insights while driving accountability for outcomes
• Pipeline & Forecast Management: Drive pipeline strategy and forecast accuracy across assigned partners, using advanced analytics to inform planning and execution
• Execution & Enablement: Lead complex growth and transformation initiatives
• Strong acumen for influencing partner capabilities and operating models
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Engage senior partner executives as a strategic advisor

Qualifications

• Business & Strategic Acumen: Deep expertise in partner‑led enterprise growth with a strong strategic judgment
• Forecasting: Strong knowledge and experience with the full spectrum of forecasting methods; leads policies, strategy and best practices for complex forecasting
• Analytical & Operational Skills: Ability to operate across ambiguity and scale; expertise managing complex initiatives
• Executive Communication & Influence: Executive‑level communication and facilitation with strong influencing skills

Collaboration Requirements

• Leads cross‑functional partner strategy alignment
• Coaches and mentors junior consultants
