Senior Physician Recruiter

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter to build and extend client relationships through excellent recruitment process delivery. The role involves sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing healthcare candidates either on-site or remotely. The candidate will be an expert in applicant tracking systems, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment process effectiveness.
