Stellenbeschreibung:

Position

At Boehringer Ingelheim, we are committed to transforming the lives of people living with cancer through breakthrough science and bold innovation.

We are seeking a (Senior) Global Pricing & Access Manager to join our Global Value & Access team and help shape the access strategy for obrixtamig, an investigational DLL3‑targeting T‑cell engager designed to transform treatment expectations in aggressive cancers. This unique opportunity allows you to contribute to a strategically important oncology program by ensuring that clinical innovation translates into meaningful patient access worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Drive development and execution of global pricing and access strategies for obrixtamig across multiple indications, integrating payer considerations into asset and indication planning.
  • Develop and refine payer value propositions, translating clinical, economic, and market evidence into compelling value narratives that support pricing and reimbursement objectives.
  • Lead payer‑relevant evidence planning in partnership with HEOR, Medical and Clinical teams, identifying evidence needs, access risks, and opportunities to strengthen value demonstration.
  • Develop global pricing recommendations and guidance to support launch planning, lifecycle management, indication expansion, and long‑term value optimization.
  • Lead generation and interpretation of payer, HTA, reimbursement and competitive insights, translating findings into actionable recommendations across access, pricing and evidence generation activities.
  • Drive access launch readiness across regions and markets, ensuring global strategies, evidence packages, and value communications are effectively translated into local implementation.
  • Partner with internal cross‑functional and external stakeholders to ensure payer and access perspectives are reflected in development, evidence, and commercialization planning.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong background in oncology market access, pricing, reimbursement or payer authority roles.
  • Deep understanding of global healthcare systems (US, EU, Japan, China, and other key markets) and the ability to adapt strategies to archetype‑specific requirements for optimal access execution.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting payer‑relevant research across multiple specialties, including pricing, contracting and innovative access models.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional teams and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • High integrity, strategic mindset, and ability to navigate complex access, regulatory, and policy environments.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Additional Requirements for Senior Roles

  • Experience supporting global pricing and access strategy development for oncology assets, ideally in pre‑launch or launch‑phase planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead complex, cross‑functional market access initiatives and translate ambiguity into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
  • Strong understanding of HTA, reimbursement and payer decision‑making processes across major global markets, with the ability to anticipate access opportunities and risks.

What You Can Expect

  • Shape patient access for a transformational oncology asset addressing some of the highest unmet needs in cancer care.
  • Take on a highly visible global role at the intersection of science, value, and healthcare systems.
  • Join a company that values diversity, collaboration and innovation, providing a supportive environment for your professional growth.
