Senior Process Engineer (d/f/m)

In this role you drive operational excellence on the production line by owning key performance indicators and eliminating losses to meet glidepath targets. You will develop and implement standards, training, and health checks while applying Lean practices per Henkel standards. You contribute to continuous improvement and develop equipment owners, with potential to grow into plant leadership. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a safety- and quality-driven environment where cross-functional collaboration matters.

• Owns KPIs for the line or production process (operational excellence, MTBF).
• Executes loss elimination to meet glidepath targets.
• Develops and implements standards, training, and health checks.
• Implements Lean manufacturing according to Henkel standards (HPS).
• Drives continuous improvement and adopts best industry practices.
• Develops equipment owners on the line/production process.
• Potential to advance into plant leadership roles.

• Master in Chemical, Process or Industrial Engineering
• 5 years in process engineering, ideally in detergent or chemical manufacturing
• Process control and improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) and production management
• Experience leading process improvement projects
• Familiarity with automation and digital manufacturing tools (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written skills in German and English
