Senior Procurement Officer

We are looking for a Senior Public Procurement Officer for our client based in Luxembourg for a first assignment of 7 months .

Your responsibilities :

• Manage and develop supplier relationships.
• Analyse and optimise procurement processes.
• Oversee provider performance, both operational and contractual.
• Contribute to the selection and implementation of performance management tools.
• Review and ensure the quality of Assignment Terms of Reference (ATORs), used as requests for quotations under existing Framework Agreements.
• Coordinate and monitor Call-Off procedures, including document management, timeline tracking, and official communication with suppliers.
• Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies, contractual terms and conditions, and all applicable internal regulations.

Your profile :

• Proven experience in procurement, contract management, or related functions, ideally within a structured or international environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of public procurement principles and procedures.
• Fluency in English (C1 level required); additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Supplier performance management experience.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is an advantage.
