Senior Product Analyst (m/f/d)

As Senior Product Analyst in Flix's Customer Experience stream, you’ll shape how we understand customers across the journey and translate insights into actionable opportunities. You’ll define metrics, guide analytics direction, and own end-to-end analysis from activation to retention across 45+ markets. You’ll design and evaluate experiments with rigor and build a self-serve analytics environment for cross-functional teams. This role offers a pragmatic, hands-on path to shaping analytics in a fast-paced, collaborative setting with real business impact.

• Map and quantify the customer journey end-to-end to identify progress, stall points, and drop-offs and translate patterns into business impact
• Identify and size opportunities from customer insights and present recommendations to product leadership with a clear POV
• Set analytics direction for the stream by defining key metrics and what constitutes good measurement
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments with statistical rigor for product decisions
• Build a self-service analytics environment for CX enabling product teams to answer questions independently
• Coach Product Owners to make better, data-driven decisions and foster sharper, evidence-based calls

• Proven track record influencing product and business decisions via quantitative analysis in high-growth ecommerce, consumer tech, SaaS, or mobility
