Senior Product Designer (m/f/d)

We are looking for a design all-rounder with a passion for fitness and great product design. Our workouts are at the core of the user experience. However, our customers and coaches interact with many interfaces during their user journey. Next to our workouts, our homepage, our mobile app, the signs, TVs, heart rate sensors, and workout app in our gyms, as well as our educational videos and graphics all need to be designed well and work together to create an amazing customer and coach experience. We are looking for someone who is excited to work cross-functionally and apply a wide range of skills (and learn new ones) and play a crucial role in building the greatest health and fitness services in the world. Make an impact by having users from all over interact with your designs on a daily basis and develop healthier habits.

YOU WILL

Work closely with our customers and coaches to identify problems and opportunities in our digital and real-world user journeys

Use your product design skills to come up with solutions for all our interfaces, ranging from screens in our apps over signs & TVs in our gyms to educational videos or graphics we share with our coaches

As part of the product team you will collaborate closely with all teams in the company to get your solutions implemented and leave your mark on the product

Improve and maintain our design process, style guides, and design system

YOU HAVE

• At least 6 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Previously worked in a fast-paced Product-Tech environment
• Experience using the latest and most common design and interactive prototyping tools, preferably Figma
• Eagerness to learn new skills to design the best possible solution
• Full professional competency in English, German is a plus
• Experience in the Fitness and Wellness industry or passion for it
