Senior Product Line Manager – Cannula, Biomaterials

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback
• Collaborate with the strategy & growth leader on innovation pipeline
• Lead full product lifecycle management from concept through end-of-life
• Develop and maintain a prioritized list of customer requirements
• Ensure key product features and benefits are clearly communicated to the Sales Channel
• Own pricing strategy to maximize profitability
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products on time and on budget

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, marketing, or business required
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years in the medical device industry
• Demonstrated success in product management
• Strong business acumen
• Knowledge of Interventional Medical procedures preferred
• Proficient in Excel-based financial modeling and Power BI dashboards
