Senior Product Manager, AI Agents (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for a growing fleet of AI agents, sitting between clients and the agentic system to translate customer needs into clear requirements.
• Deeply understand business processes and customer workflows to decide where to plug in agents for greatest impact.
• Own prompt quality, delegation shape, and agent boundaries while partnering with engineering to ship harder capabilities.
