Senior Product Manager, Discovery & Recommendations (Fully Remote)

• Drive the vision and develop a roadmap for your area of focus, using research and data to tell a compelling story.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with Design, Research, Engineering, and Data Analysis to define, prioritize, and build new functionalities.
• Continuously identify areas for innovation, monitor KPIs, and travel to Boston quarterly for planning.

What You Have:

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing e-commerce, with marketplace experience a plus.
• Proven ability to innovate on behalf of customers, using data to build hypotheses and find creative solutions.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally.
