You identify market opportunities and translate customer, technology, and industry trends into a compelling product vision. You contribute to the long-term product roadmap and actively shape the product portfolio for industrial hydrogen and electrolysis solutions.
You lead the entire product lifecycle, from concept evaluation and business case development to market launch, commercialization, and continuous product optimization. You ensure that products remain competitive and aligned with evolving customer and market requirements.
You engage directly with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders through workshops, benchmarking activities, and market research. By analyzing competitive landscapes and emerging trends, you transform market insights into successful product offerings.
You act as the central interface between Product Management, Sales, and Engineering, ensuring alignment across functions and supporting commercial success. Using a data-driven approach, you balance customer value, technical feasibility, manufacturability, and profitability, including assessments of product economics, business cases, and hydrogen cost competitiveness (LCOH).
You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy Technology, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
You have 5–10 years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Development, Engineering, or a related field. Ideally, you have experience within the hydrogen, electrolysis, renewable energy, or industrial process technology sector.
You combine a strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex market, customer, and technology insights into clear product strategies and business decisions. You are a proactive self-starter who demonstrates ownership, resilience, and a hands‑on attitude in a dynamic and fast-evolving industry. Strong stakeholder management skills enable you to influence and align cross-functional teams, senior leadership, customers, and external partners.
You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. Additional language skills, particularly German, are advantageous.
